FCCLA State Leadership Conference has come to a close. We are so excited about the success of our competitors. We had 3 events. The first is Chapter Community Service Project Portfolio. Norah and Kelbi received a silver and National Qualifiers. The second event is Interior Design. Olissa received a gold and National Qualifier. The third event is Repurpose and Redesign. Brenna received a gold and runner-up. Congratulations ladies.
We all had a good time attending Chick N'Pickle and playing pickle ball. The keynote speakers were great and members learned a lot about how to focus why someone might being do that instead of focusing why they are hurting themselves or self-medicating. Brianna made an LEO (Learning Experience Opportunity) called go for the red and received a top red ribbon. Kennedy made an LEO called Focused on the Basics and received a white. Lydia did one as well called Chapters in Action and received a top red ribbon.
Great two and half days!!
