***8-19-22*** Good evening RAMFAM, I was notified today that starting Monday August 22nd, weather permitting, work to resurface the roads of Randolph will start. This affects 2 bus stops in town. The drivers and families affected have been notified. I was told that while the streets are being worked on, driving on them is not allowed so I decided to send this to everyone. Drivers should find other routes within town. Main street and the frontage road will be the last streets worked on. To access the HS campus, please use the main entrance on Greene-Randolph Road and NOT the south entrance on Ram Way. Please contact the city with questions regarding the project. #BVSTRONG

On August 5, we hosted the FCCLA District D Summer Leadership Training. There were 11 schools in attendance, with a total of 70 members. Members listened to our keynote speaker, Mr. Anthony Meals. Members learned how different characteristics impact our leadership. Members then attended four 15 minute workshop rotations. The District Officers wish to thank the school, teachers, and alumni with facility setup, use of rooms, and all the small details such as the sound board. It was a very successful day!

Blue Valley students returned safely from Washington D.C. after attending the first WorldClassrooms trip to be offered. Eleven students ranging in ages from 7th-9th grade and three parents toured Washington D.C., Gettysburg, and Mount Vernon June 29-July 2, 2022. It was an exciting four days as we visited our nation's capital and made memories to last a lifetime!!
